Returns Information

Garments purchased directly from MANTUA via our online store may be returned.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached, from MANTUA.

Returns made within 14 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment or for an exchange for requested merchandise to equivalent value.

Please contact us to arrange a return at returns@mantuaitaly.com and use the shipping label provided, placing it on the outside of your package.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please also contact us by emailing exchange@mantuaitaly.com in order to arrange for a replacement.
